Concept Development, Design, UI & UX
When I was an intern at Konstellation I was asked by one of the partners, Nicolai Elmqvist, to visualize an idea of his. The concept would primarily function as a networking app, with the mindset of 'optimizing spare time between meetings', because he felt that this was a missing element within LinkedIn. Most of the apps interface would be free and encourage its users to network more often, but there would also be a premium upgrade. As a premium user, you would gain knowledge from professional networking experts, through videos, also you would be able to follow your favorites as well. The app would also provide a 'direct business' section, where users can browse, apply, and view job and project opportunities. In extension to that both users and companies can create, post or support a crowd funding for a business project.
The primary function for the app would of cause be to find and arrange a meeting fast, simple and within walking distance. When the user switches on "I'm open for coffee" it would enable the map, where your connections, other nearby available users or events would appear. The rest would be in the users touch, if they want to instantly arrange a meeting for a cup of coffee here and now, or if they want to attend an event.
These are the visuals I created based on Nicolais idea and vision for the networking app.
